1. Account Eligibility & Responsibility

To use Jobfind.ai, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@jobfind.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Services Offered & Scope of Use

Jobfind.ai provides AI-driven job search assistance, resume optimization tools, automated application tools, and access to interview coaching services.

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for your individual, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatedly harvest data or outputs from the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Intentionally overload, disrupt, or compromise our infrastructure.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Current pricing and billing terms are specified on our Pricing Page.

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as Swiss VAT) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade access to paid features until resolved.

4. Intellectual Property & Your Content

Your Ownership

Everything you upload or input into Jobfind.ai—including text, resumes, career preferences, files, logos, and personal credentials—remains 100% yours.

License to Provide the Service

To operate the Service effectively, you grant Jobfind.ai a limited, non-exclusive, sublicensable license solely to store, host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content as necessary to:

• Generate AI outputs, suggestions, and application materials requested by you.
• Store and display your documents back to you.
• Maintain routine system backups and ensure service reliability.

This license terminates automatically when you remove the content or delete your account.

What We Will NOT Do With Your Content

• No AI Training: We do not use your personal content, inputs, or outputs to train general-purpose foundation models or third-party AI models.
• No Marketing Usage: We will never feature your name, resume, or story in public marketing materials, case studies, or social posts without your explicit, written permission.
• No Selling: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or content to third parties.

AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs produced by our AI tools are provided for your use. While we aim for high quality, AI outputs can occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors. You retain ownership of your generated outputs, but you are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before submitting them to third-party employers.

Warranties on Uploaded Content

You represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for any content or material you upload to Jobfind.ai, and that your uploads do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Anonymized Aggregated Data

We continuously optimize Jobfind.ai by reviewing usage patterns (e.g., feature adoption, latency, system bugs). For research, telemetry, and platform enhancements, we use strictly aggregated, anonymized statistical data that cannot be traced back to you.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Jobfind.ai to:

• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or hateful.
• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity or qualifications to employers.
• Attack, probe, or scan our platform vulnerabilities.
• Exceed reasonable API limits or manipulate system features.

Violations of this section may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

• By You: You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting contact@jobfind.ai.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide advance notice to allow you to resolve the issue or export your content.
• Data Removal: Upon deletion, your active content is purged within 30 days, and backup copies roll off within 90 days, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will land you a job, guarantee interview success, or operate completely uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law (including Swiss law):

• Jobfind.ai and its legal representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, income, data, or career opportunities.
• Our total cumulative liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service is capped at the total amount paid by you to Jobfind.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you are on a free tier).
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for damages caused by willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death/personal injury where such limitations are prohibited by mandatory Swiss law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be the courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory consumer protection rights under your local jurisdiction remain unaffected where legally required.
